Lukas Kadawy

Lukas served as Chief Financial Officer at APEIRON Biologics AG from 2005 to 2015. In his role he helped manage the growth of the company from a start-up to a company with 30+ employees developing early stage research projects as well as multiple mid- to late-stage clinical programs through to marketing authorization. He handled various equity and debt-based financing rounds, in- and out-license agreements, spin-outs, and his responsibilities included legal affairs, business development, administration, HR and investor relations.

Shane McManus

Shane McManus, PhD

Partner

Shane previously served as Chief Scientific Officer at Akron Molecules AG, taking the company from start-up into phase II clinical development. He is experienced in preclinical and clinical development, fund raising, business development, operations, regulatory and IP strategy. He has worked in multiple therapeutic areas in both human and veterinary drug development and has specialist expertise in drug repurposing.
